Do not waste your money and time on this book. The book is filled with errors and the way the questions are formatted are completely different from the actual test. For example the instrument comprehension section on this book teaches you one way to do the the problems but on the actual test it's done way differently. The book does not tell you that there will be an extra part on the actual test about leadership questions. Very poor material in this book again do not waste your time, studying this book will not help you pass at all.Product details

I'm on page 40 and I've found 4 clear errors thusfar. The narrative advice in the book is common sense if you've ever studied for a standardized test before. You're paying for the practice questions. That's fine, just don't pay too much for them like I did and bear in mind that at least several answers may be wrong. Finally please disregard the advice and practice questions in the "Word Knowledge" section that involve context clues. The AFOQT Word Knowledge section gives no context. The advice and practice questions containing context were presumably included because the authors couldn't think of anything else to put there and didn't want to spend the effort to construct a deck of vocabulary word flashcards or word lists of words with similar meanings, which is what they do in higher quality SAT and GRE study guides. A fair price for this book would be $10.
